Mo Bundon

Mo Bundon is results oriented and customer driven. Over the past 25 years he has developed a team that is responsive to the ever-changing dynamics of real estate. Together, they have overseen the development and leasing of major office towers, retail projects, industrial land, and residential land in Saskatchewan and Alberta. In his career, Mo has been involved in all aspects of real estate, urban planning and commercial development as a property manager, project manager, and general manager. While Mo's passion continues to be real estate, as the Senior Vice President and C.O.O. of The Hill Companies, his leadership and strategic direction are instrumental in continuing The Hill Companies tradition of prosperity. In an era where projects are measured by the results of the last quarter, Mo encourages his team to evaluate projects based on the ability to sustain long term value growth, in keeping with The Hill Companies’ goal of being in business for the next 100 years.
Mo is an active community member and serves on numerous boards. He has served as the Chairman of the University of Regina Board of Governors and is currently the Chairman of the Board of Regents for Athol Murray College of Notre Dame. He is also a member of the board for Harvard Western Insurance and Urban Forest Recyclers Inc. In addition, Mr. Bundon is the Co-Founder and Director of One Life Makes A Difference; a charitable foundation created to assist Regina inner-city students with educational opportunities.
In 2005, he received the Presidents Citation Award for his contribution as Senior Vice President to the 2005 Canada Summer Games. Athol Murray College of Notre Dame has also recognized Mo’s commitment and community involvement by awarding him the Frank Germann Alumnus Volunteer of the Year Award and honouring him with the prestigious Athol Murray College of Notre Dome Medal of Honour. In 2007, Mo was awarded the United Way of Regina Presidents Award. Most recently, he was honoured with the 2009 Red Cross Humanitarian Award.
Steve N. Enns, R.P.A.
Vice President, Property Management
As the Vice President for Harvard Property Management Inc., a Hill Company based in Regina Saskatchewan, Steve leads the service team responsible for nearly 5.0 million square feet of commercial office, retail and industrial real estate throughout Western Canada. This diversified portfolio of Class A properties represents a current market value exceeding $610 million and consists of real estate owned by Harvard Developments Inc. and other private, institutional and public investors.
With almost 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, Steve has an exceptional record of performance in property management. Prior to joining Harvard in the late 1980’s, he managed several large office, retail and industrial portfolios in Calgary and Victoria for the Cascade Group and Sovereign Life. Steve assumed leadership of Harvard’s management enterprise in the mid-90’s and was appointed Vice President in 1999. He serves on Harvard’s senior management team and leads over 200 employees and service personnel; all dedicated to the pursuit of Harvard’s promise, vision and values.
In addition to the managed portfolio, and through Harvard’s various joint ventures and business relationships, Steve has organized property management enterprises for private and public companies both in Canada and the United States. He serves as Harvard’s broker with the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission and also oversees Information Technology for the Hill Companies.
Rosanne Hill Blaisdell, M.B.A., C.C.I.M.
Managing Director, Harvard Buildings Inc.
Vice President, Leasing, Harvard Developments Inc.
In 1997, Rosanne was the fourth generation of the Hill's to join the
family business. She began as a General Manager spending a few years in
property management, overseeing the Regina Retail properties. Today, she
is the driving force behind Harvard's leasing team, while also assuming
the broader responsibility of creating value within The Hill Companies'
owned and co-owned real estate portfolio in Regina and Calgary. In
addition to these strategic management responsibilities, Rosanne has
primary responsibility for marketing and corporate communications.
After earning a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism in the U.S. and an M.B.A.
from the University of Manitoba, Rosanne's career unfolded with
experience in a variety of disciplines including broadcasting/marketing,
commercial banking and investment management. This background, combined
with a unique creativity, enthusiasm and dedication, has provided a
natural fit for her role within The Hill Companies.
Blair Forster
Vice President, Development
Blair's real estate career began in 1986 in commercial real estate brokerage. In 1991 he joined McCallum Hill Real Estate, a member of The Hill Companies and at the time the brokerage arm of Harvard Developments Inc. Blair soon made the move from brokerage to development and was promoted to the General Manager of Harvard's Canadian development operation in 1996 and later to Vice President in 2000. Blair's responsibilities were expanded in 2004 with the consolidation of Harvard's residential development group within his commercial development team.
Under Blair's leadership, Harvard Developments Inc. has grown into one of Western Canada's leading development companies specializing in retail, office, industrial, residential and raw land development. Harvard's portfolio has grown to over 3,000,000 sq. ft. and is developing on a joint venture basis well in excess of 1.5 billion dollars worth of real estate.
J. Paul Bourassa
General Counsel
Paul convocated from the University of Saskatchewan with his Bachelor of Laws Degree in 1975. He began his career in the private practice of law in Regina, focusing primarily on corporate commercial and real estate law.
In 1987, Paul joined The Hill Companies as legal counsel. Paul has been a major development team member participant in the construction of three major office towers in downtown Regina and numerous commercial developments in Western Canada. Paul is also responsible for claims analysis/review and acts as Chief Compliance Officer for Western Surety, another Hill Company.
Paul is a member of the Canadian and American Bar Associations. He is an active volunteer in the community and has served on numerous Boards. Paul has received a number of awards in recognition of his community involvement, including the United Way President’s Award, The Canadian Bar Association (Saskatchewan Branch) Community Service Award and the Province of Saskatchewan Centennial Medal.
Tina Svedahl, C.M.A.
Vice President, Investments
Tina has over 19 years of experience in the real estate industry. In 2004, she was appointed Vice President Investments with Harvard Developments Inc. – A Hill Company. Tina plays a key role in strategic planning, underwriting of investment opportunities and leads the acquisitions and dispositions of all income producing properties.
Tina also provides strategic expertise, leadership and management of mergers and acquisitions to many of The Hill Companies, including Harvard Broadcasting, UFR Urban Forest Recyclers and Harvard Western Insurance.
Tina is a CMA and graduate of the Accountancy (Financial Management) Program, Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Arts and Science (SIAST) and holds her Canadian Securities Certificate.
Ms. Svedahl currently serves on the board for both Globe Theatre and Harvard Western Insurance. As a supporter of youth retention initiatives in Regina and surrounding areas, Tina is a past member of the Regina Regional Economic Development Authority (RREDA) Future Leaders Group.
Terry Downie, C.A.
Vice President, Finance
Terry’s primary responsibilities are for corporate finance, cash flow projection, management, financial reporting, tax compliance, and tax planning. He leads a team of dedicated professionals that are committed to delivering high quality financial services that are critical to the success of The Hill Companies, its clients and business partners. He also plays a key role in tax planning and managing the Hill Companies oil and gas investments.
Terry graduated with distinction from the University of Regina in 1979 with a Bachelor of Administration degree. He then articled for his Chartered Accountancy with Clarkson Gordon (now Ernst & Young) and achieved his designation in 1981. He joined the Hill Companies in 1983 and since that time he held numerous positions including Accountant, Controller-Corporate Accounting and Taxation, Corporate Controller and his present position.
Hiedi Pearson, B.A
Manager of Human Resources and Employee Services
Hiedi’s focus is pursuing Harvard’s mission of providing a rewarding work environment which fosters innovation, continuous improvement and opportunity, while respecting and promoting individual and family values. She joined the Hill Companies in 1998 as Executive Assistant to Mo Bundon, Senior Vice President and COO. During this time she gained an understanding of the business and the culture of Harvard.
In 2006 Harvard introduced the YES Team (Your Employee Service). Under Hiedi’s leadership this team provides internal services to the employees of the Hill Companies. These services include human resources, administrative support, marketing and business communications.
Hiedi is a graduate of the University of Regina with a Bachelor of Arts and Certificate in Administration and is a member of the Saskatchewan Association of Human Resource Professionals.
